Nigel set up Concentric Consulting on the foundation of more than 30 years of experience in management and consultancy.
As a consultant, Nigel designed and built life cycle cost models for 30-year private financed capital construction projects and acted as advisor to project funders undertaking due diligence reviews of contract proposals. He also guided teams in working effectively and efficiently to deliver and maintain capital projects.
Following 14 years as a marine engineer in the Royal Navy, Nigel spent 12 years in the construction industry as a senior project manager, life cycle cost modeller, and consultant.
Nigel is a Chartered Building Engineer MCIOB, Building Services Engineer and Facilities Manager.

Across all the commissions delivered, Linda brings players and leaders together for honest conversations designed to immerse all parties in the desire to achieve common goals and outcomes. Linda works with senior teams and sector and regional directors internationally – and is consistently invited back to manage services year-on-year.
Before a transition to consultancy, Linda held senior project management roles in the construction and rail infrastructure sectors for 10 years. As a facilitation practitioner, program manager and coach, she has delivered successful commissions for more than 15 years.
Linda also has a BSc (Hons) in Human Ecology, is a Chartered Engineer, Qualified NLP Master Practitioner, Qualified Coach and Certified Scrum Master.

Tom has re-joined Concentric from his year out travelling in Asia returning to supporting the delivery teams in BP and projects with our rail and water infrastructure sector clients. Prior to joining Concentric Consulting he worked as a researcher, analyst and financial journalist for an investment management company.
Tom is a graduate of Lancaster University with a BA Combined Honours in Economics and Politics.

Eve has joined Concentric to support in the delivery of Oil and Gas sector projects in Kuwait for a Shell and KOC venture and support our UK Rail Infrastructure sector clients. Prior to joining Concentric Consulting, Eve has worked as an events coordinator planning & delivering both record store days and high-profile music events for hosts Sister Ray and Vinyl Tap and Sales Assistant at UK leading rare vinyl stores ensuring effective in store and online sales delivery.
Eve is a graduate of Queen Mary University of London with a BA History – (First Class Honours) and MA History of Political Thought & Intellectual History at UCL & Queen Mary University of London (Merit).
Eve brings support, validation and operationalising of change programs and will support the delivery of facilitated workshops, assist in project management Client teams, research and project planning.

Jack has worked for Concentric on summer attachments during his 3-year university studies at Queen Mary University of London gaining a BA in History, following a period working for Millbank FX as a risk management consultant maximising profit, reducing risk and exposure from companies international spend, he has recently returned to support the Concentric business and support the teams delivering programs embedding sustainable change in UK Rail and Highways Infrastructure sector clients.
Jack will provide support the delivery of facilitated workshops, assist in project management Client teams, research and project planning.

Maisie has joined Concentric on attachment from her Studies in Anthropology at the University of Kent. She is supporting the delivery of UK wide business change projects in rail and highways transport infrastructure for Amey, bringing strong communication skills to support the delivery of facilitated workshops, assistance in project management of Client teams. research and project planning.
