Janet Dutnall

With 20 years’ experience in offshore oil and gas, production, refining and chemical manufacturing, Janet has a diverse and extensive mix of technical knowledge, managerial expertise and program management experience.

In multinational and multicultural environments in Canada, UK, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey and UAE, she has delivered numerous projects with senior teams. This includes project work as a Facilitator Coach, managing teams through organisational change, building and optimising competency-based assessment processes, and bringing about step change and value-driven performance improvement.

Most recently, Janet has worked with BP – program managing the formalisation, planning and testing of Crisis Management processes, Emergency Response methods, and Oil Spill Response exercises.

Phil Smith

An international human factors, leadership coaching and operations trainer, Phil is our Human Performance Training expert. With Concentric Consulting, Phil adds the Human Factors Element and has delivered IOC & NOC Contractor Safety Forums for BP, Maersk and BG.

After growing his training experience as a senior instructor at the Royal Air Force’s Logistic Officer Training School, Phil has provided training to multi-disciplinary healthcare teams, commercial aircrew, and even the highly specialised Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Search Team within the British Army.

He uses programs that enhance the performance, safety, efficiency and morale of teams in critical environments. This is achieved by creating a greater awareness of how leadership styles, personality, behaviour, team dynamics, error management, decision making, and communication impacts productivity, achievement and success.

Imogen Baker

Imogen has over 19 years’ experience in consultancy, research and analysis, developing business change strategy and compelling communication campaigns for international clients across markets including the UK, US, Singapore, China, Russia and Europe.

She has extensive experience planning and running workshops for clients including Google, Unilever and Glaxosmithkline and particularly enjoys getting to grips with big, strategic issues, helping clients steer their way through to clarity and success.

As well as working for various research agencies (TNS, Hall & Partners, The Magnetic Collective), Imogen has worked as a brand planner at CLK (now Corporate Edge) and as a planner at Burson-Marsteller (Young & Rubicam).

She has a BA Hons (2.1) in Social & Political Science from the University of Cambridge and a Diploma (Merit) from the Market Research Society.

Ashley and his team deliver specialist behaviours training including live skills practice sessions. These are designed to help people develop the right behaviours and road-test new approaches to issues in a positive and safe role-play environment.

Crucially, Ashley comes with a deep understanding of the difficulties of change. His team is experienced in highlighting the need for change within a business unit or individual, then guiding the process of change including dealing with insecurities and uncertainties that may arise.

Siân Jones

With 30 years’ experience of delivering HR strategy and the development of multi-functional and multi-cultural high performing HR teams for Global companies across the world.

Siân has a diverse and extensive expertise of critical delivery team re-organisation, strategic development and efficient design and delivery of HR management processes. Siân has also developed job evaluation and staff performance management programs including talent and career development pathways, best practice and employee relations processes.

Most recently, following the merger of Coca Cola European Partners, Siân directed the people strategy for supply chain central function teams across 13 European countries, partnering VPs, senior leaders, and regional HR Centres to deliver high value and simplified HR Services in support of the merged business drivers.
